Limited Warranty

Atomate's products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) months from date of shipment. If equipment proves to be defective during this warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, at Atomate's discretion, without charge provided that factory-authorized examination finds the equipment to be defective. This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only, and does not apply to damage caused from failure to properly install, operate, maintain, or store the product in accordance with instructions provided by Atomate. This warranty shall not apply to equipment or parts that have been subjected to negligence, accident, or damage by circumstances beyond Atomate's control.

In no event shall Atomate be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Atomate's liability on the claim for loss or damages arising out of the sale, resale, or use of equipment it supplies shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the equipment. This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
