Daniel Burnham, retired Chairman & CEO of Raytheon, joins Atomate Board of Directors
Santa Barbara, CA – August 10, 2006 – Atomate Corporation announced that Daniel Burnham, retired Chairman and CEO of Raytheon Company, has accepted a seat on the Atomate Board of Directors.

Daniel Burnham is the retired Chairman and CEO of Raytheon Company, a leader in the government, military, and commercial electronics markets with annual revenues over $21 Billion. Prior to Raytheon, Mr. Burnham served as the Vice Chairman and Board Director of AlliedSignal, Inc. and President of several divisions, including AlliedSignal Aerospace, AlliedSignal’s largest business and the world’s largest supplier of equipment and subsystems to the aerospace industry. Mr. Burnham currently serves on the Board of Directors at Atomate Corporation, First Data Corporation, Green Hills Software, and LMI, a government consulting firm. Mr. Burnham earned his MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a BA in Economics from Xavier University. Mr. Burnham has also been presented with honorary degrees from the Pepperdine University and Bentley College.
