When Atomate was founded in 2003, we made a decision to serve the nanotechnology research community by providing then-much needed hardware and controls and sharing our knowledge and expertise so that the community as a whole could be stronger. That dedication led to many new products, in complete systems, in components and modules, and in the lesser served area of catalysts and substrates. Critical to the success of our greatest asset, our customers, was our ability to provide precise control, flexibility, and reliability. We continue our commitment to support the growing nanotechnology community.

In the few years since our inception, nanotechnology has advanced to the point that the ability to commercialize a technology or concept is critical in many areas of work. Atomate still serves the nascent research community with advances and upgrades to the original product line of chip-level systems, but we have also launched a line of systems that are capable of processing single or multiple wafers. While the work piece has grown, the core requirements of precision, flexibility, and reliability have not.

Whether your research is in nanotubes, nanowires, or graphene, Atomate has the right equipment. We will work with you to determine which systems, components and modules will help deliver the results you need. Atomate can also provide infrastructure and facilities support, including gas cabinets and scrubbers, for tool installation.
