Our staff of engineers and scientists worked with leading researchers to tackle the problems associated with gas handling in CVD environments. Among the most significant problems researchers have reported are hysteresis, contamination, and lack of control of feedstock gases. The design process helped us determine a new way to handle feedstock gases for CVD systems today.
