NEW PRODUCT LINE FOR 2008

Atomate has launched a line of systems for growing nanomaterials via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques directly onto full wafers and substrates. By combining customized engineering, flow modeling, and process optimization, Atomate is delivering wafer-level production systems.

Wafer-capable systems enable seamless integration with other fab tools and processes, including photolithography, evaporators, etchers, and plating benches. Production-oriented process capabilities include thermal CVD, LPCVD, and PECVD, and offer applicability in areas such as electronics, solar power, and energy storage, to name a few.
